SHIPPING & DELIVERY All
orders ship via FedEx Ground and can take between 1-5 business days for
delivery once your order has left our distribution center. Please refer to the
map below for estimated transit time.
Our distribution center operates Monday through Friday
and ships most orders within 24-48 hours. Please keep this in mind when you
place your order. If it is critical that you have delivery of your order by a
certain date, please email customerservice@pdmglobal.com
for assistance.
NOTE:
We do not ship backorders. If you did not receive an item on your
recent order and would still like it, please include it on your next purchase
order. You can also email customerservice@pdmglobal.com
or call us toll free at 1-866-547-1465 to check the inventory status of a
particular item.

CHARGES All
orders over $100 will receive free shipping; orders under $100 will incur a $10
shipping fee that will be added to your invoice.
TRACKING
YOUR ORDER
To check the shipping status of any order you placed or to view your order
history, please go to ‘My Account’ and select ‘See Orders.’ Tracking information will become available
for each order as soon as it ships.
RECEIVING
YOUR SHIPMENT It
is extremely important that you inspect all shipments upon delivery and verify
that you have received the correct number of items. If you find any
discrepancies or damage, please contact Sharon Kauffman immediately at 770-425-8996

Any claim for shortage or damage must be submitted immediately after receipt of
the shipment. Any damage or shortage claims received after 5 calendar days from
the date of delivery will not be honored.
