GETTING STARTED
Thank you for your interest in Phoenix Distribution & Marketing as the
wholesale supplier of your snacks, sundries, and health & beauty items! PLEASE NOTE: We are a business-to-business
distributor. We do not sell to private individuals or consumers directly.
As a wholesale supplier, we are required by law to have a copy of your
Sales and Use Tax Exemption on file. You may also include this number when you
register in the ‘Resale Number’ field. Detailed packing lists will accompany
each order. Invoices will be emailed from an independent billing server of www.pdmglobal.com. Please add this as a
safe sender to your email network.
Q: How do I register?
A: You can simply register online by
clicking “Register” in the upper right corner of your screen. You will need to
provide your customer information including your resale number. NOTE: You must
place an order to complete your registration.

What is my user name?
A:
Your username will always be your email address. If you do not remember it or
you are unsure if you have an account with us, please send an email to customerservice@pdmglobal.com
for assistance.

What is my password?
A: If you have forgotten your
password, please email customerservice@pdmglobal.com
or click here.
Enter your email address and then select ‘Click here if you’ve forgotten your
password’ to display your password hint. If there is no password hint on file,
please follow the directions to have a link emailed to you to reset your
password.
Q:
Are my user name and/or password cAsE SeNsiTiVe?
A: Only your password is case
sensitive (e.g. password or PASSWORD). It must be entered the exact same way it
was during registration. If you have forgotten your password, please email customerservice@pdmglobal.com.
Q: How can I update my account information?
A: To update your shipping or
billing information, please email customerservice@pdmglobal.com
for assistance.
Q: How do I change my email address?
A: After logging into your account,
go to My Account (the last tab along the top center of the screen). Select
‘Change Email’ located on the left side of the screen.

How do I change my password?
A: After logging into your account,
go to My Account and select ‘Change Password’ located on the left side of the
screen. NOTE: Your new password must be at least 6 characters long. For further
assistance, please call our office or email customerservice@pdmglobal.com to
have your password reset.
